IPSC invites plumbing industry players to contribute CSR funds towards IPSC corpus to meet and fulfil CSR commitments under the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility) Act, 2013. This fund then will be utilized for various skill development projects within the Plumbing sector.
Skill Trainings
Sponsor candidates (fresh candidates & existing workforce) for various skilling programs of industry demanded job roles in operational areas/regions of company’s choice and in priority areas/sector. Option to co-brand certificates with corporate logo..
Qualification Pack Development
Work directly with IPSC to contribute towards the development of industry standards (including Transnational Standards) for designated job roles, under the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF).
Content Development
Development of National (and Transnational) Standard Course Content for participants and trainers for Skill Development Programs.
Infrastructure Support
Support existing programs through basic setup costs and equipment donation to offset training programs that are cost intensive.
Skill Gap Analysis
To carry out the in-depth skill gap analysis in the clusters of Industry.
Developing Trainer and Assessor Pool
Develop high quality trained and certified trainers and assessors to support the Skill Development Programs.
Assessment and Certification for candidates of EWS segment.
Digital Training Modules
Industry can contribute funds for development of digital modules for various Job Roles.
Recognition of Prior Learning of Existing Plumbers
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a platform to provide Recognition to the informal learning or learning through work to get equal acceptance as the formal levels of education. It aims to appreciate prior learning irrespective of the medium of achieving it. In short, RPL is a process of Assessment of an individual’s prior learning to give due importance to learning as an outcome rather than learning as process.
Plumbers practicing the Trade of Plumbing are provided a Refresher Capsule Training as per Standards, Industry Partners Provide Training on their Products, They are Assessed and Later Certified on the Basis of their Proficiency.
