Through the "Main Bhi Jal Rakshak" program, which was launched by "Water Management and Plumbing Skill Council" in association with "The Art of Living" and “Rotary”, children from Gyan Mandir Pampapur Chhattisgarh schools were made aware of the significance of water and environmental conservation. 4,000 Students have become Jal Rakshaks till date through this program.

Glimpses of Kaushal Mahotsav held in Kamakhyanagar, Dhenkanal, Odisha on 6th Nov 2022. The grand event hosted employment and counselling drives for the locals and showcased of different sectors and their growth potential. WMPSC mobilised L&T, Urban Company, First Plumbing, Pradhan Plumbing, Acquaviva to conduct interviews and roll out pre-selection to candidates, with approx. 2,500 job openings. WMPSC also invited industry partners Ori-Plast Ltd and Kirloskar Brothers Ltd to display latest products and advancements.

The WorldSkills Competition 2022 Special Edition for the "Plumbing & Heating" has concluded in Lahr, Germany and our candidate, Mr. Pragadeeshwaran RJ secured 11th position out of the 20 countries that participated, missing the Medallion of Excellence by just 4 points on a scale of 700. India in its second WSC competition for Plumbing & Heating, beat multiple countries like Canada, Spain, Poland, Liechtenstein, South Africa, Iran, Mongolia, and Kazakhstan (many of which were at higher positions in WorldSkills Kazan 2019 and have been part of the competitions since long).

Ashirwad Plumbing School in Bhiwadi is up and running!

Ashirvad Plumbing School, provides hands-on training to young amateurs in under-served areas of plumbing technology, in association with the Water Management & Plumbing Skills Council (WMPSC) and Skill India initiative.

As part of our primary National responsibility, WMPSC is facilitating employment for the youth on war footing. Aligning our Skill modules to Industry aspirations, one such initiative rolled by way of ITI Nizamuddin hosting interviews for 80 'Acquaviva' posts. What an Amazing turnout!
