“Main Bhi Jal Rakshak” Campaign (by Water Management & Plumbing Skill Council) was launched on 17th September 2022 in association with Sri Sri Rural Development Program Trust (SSRDP) Art of Living & Rotary India (RI District 3011) during the auspicious occasion of Kaushal Deekshant Samaroh.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji blessed the event through his digital address. The campaign was launched by Hon'ble Union Minister of Education & Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Shri Dharmendra Pradhan Ji, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar Ji, Secretary MSDE Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari Ji, Secretary MoE Shri Sanjay Murthy Ji, Chairman NCVET Shri Nirmaljeet Singh Kalsi Ji, Chairman UGC and AICTE Shri Jagadesh Kumar Ji, DG-DGT Smt Trishajit Sethi ji.

MoU signed between Water Management & Plumbing Skill Council, Sri Sri Rural Development Program Trust (SSRDP – Art of Living) and Rotary Indian (District 3011) to Launch Main Bhi Jal Rakshak Campaign across the Country. The collaboration has been formed for a common objective in order to promote water conservation, by educating students on water saving methods, by creating programs which directly reduce the wastage of water and by advocating the importance of water conservation to the masses

Discussions were held around development of Dual Certification/ Recognition Programs and International Mobility channels to Australia for Plumbing Workforce.

Send-off ceremony for "WorldSkills India Contingent" was organised by NSDC and Hon'ble Minister of State Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar graced the event as the Chief Guest. The Indian Contingent includes our Plumbing & Heating Skill Competitor Mr Pragadeshwaran RJ and Expert Mr Chintan Daiya.
